The fact the BACKMEISTER^® Edel delivers loaves of bread between 750 and 1,000 grams (also gluten-free) at the touch of a button, can be expected. However, in addition to 14 stored bread programs and two individual user programs, this all-rounder also has a program for marmalade/jam and a program for perfect pasta dough! The removable baking pan is inside the stainless steel housing, which, like the kneader, is easy to clean thanks to the Whitford ceramic coating. Through the large view window, you can always check on the baking process, which can be pre-programmed for up to 15 hours via the Timer button on the LCD display.

Degree of browning and loaf size can be selected in the baking programs – and when the baking process is finished, the bread will be kept warm for up to approx. 60 minutes. An integrated pause function enables the baking process to be interrupted at the touch of a button.

In addition to measuring cups and measuring spoons, a dough hook remover and the operating instructions including great recipes, are also provide as accessories!
