As practiced by other E-retailers, our prices are adjusted as needed, without advance warning

OUR DELIVERY COMMITMENT

We deliver EVERYWHERE in the Hong Kong SAR.

Delivery to customer's place of choice is FREE-OF-CHARGE where order value is at least HK$ 350.

Where order value is less than HK$ 350, a delivery charge of HK$ 30 is chargeable. More details..

Delivery lead time is 2-3 working days, depending on location.

We are pleased to customize delivery times to customer needs. Please feel free to provide us with your preferred time slots when placing your order.

THE FINE PRINT

Please provide us with timely advance notice if you are unable to take delivery of an item.

Where delivery is attempted twice as instructed but is unsuccessful, we do reserve the right to require you to collect your consignment directly from our designated premises OR  to cancel your purchase and refund your purchase price, less an administrative charge in the amount of HK$ 120 or 10% of the total value of your purchase, whichever the greater.

Please however note that as soon as your order is fully paid, unless you have expressly suspended delivery, your consignment enters into the delivery phase.

When refunding your purchase price, we accordingly reserve the right to deduct an administrative charge up to an amount of HK$ 120 or 10% of the total value of your purchase, whichever the greater, such refund to be made within THIRTY(30) days to the credit card / Paypal / Bank account used in conjunction with the payment.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You may return a product by delivering notice to us within TEN(10) days after delivery via either of the following:

Our Customer Service Team will contact you to assist in determining where you can deliver your appliance or at your option, collection at our behest for a modest fee.

As a prerequisite, all returned products must be in the original packaging, un-used and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and or used.

Notwithstanding that the returned products comply with the above requirement, we reserve the right to deduct an administrative charge up to an amount of HK$ 120 or 10% of the total value of your purchase, whichever the greater.

When a Return Request has been accepted, we will send a Return Confirmation to you by email. Thereafter we will make a refund of your payment (less the collection fee and/or administrative charge, if applicable) within thirty (30) days, to the credit card used to place the order.

EUROBRANDS.HK's product assortment is sourced from Brand Partners which are established & recognized in their European home markets, with a proven track record in manufacturing & distributing reliable products AND ALSO in ensuring responsive & effective customer support facilities in support of product warranty & other usage issues.

Full warranty & technical support is operated within Hong Kong SAR & available to Hong Kong purchasers of the products available in our shop as follows:

IMPORTANT: WARRANTY TERMS & PROCEDURES

• Terms of Warranty for a given product purchase are defined in printed materials (e.g. Warranty leaflet, user manual) which are bundled with he product. Do familiarize yourself with these terms and retain the related documents for future reference.
• REGISTRATION of your purchase within a certain time is a STRICT prerequisite for warranty service.
• REMINDER: Exercise proper care in using your appliance and read the user instructions properly. Product Warranties are limited to defects associated with NORMAL HOUSEHOLD USE, most notably as prescribed in the user instructions. In the event that a product is damaged in the course of other (i.e. ABNORMAL) use, the warranty becomes null & void.
• Such ABNORMAL use not only voids the warranty, but also carries a risk of damage to property and personal injury.
